For a group in our twenties, this place may suit an older crowd better, but we had a lovely stay and would happily return. We were made to feel welcome straight away, and a staff member escorted us to our room. The room was tidy and clean, with facilities for self catering if needed. There’s also an in-house pool with deck chairs beside it. The hotel was peaceful, and the staff were attentive, always smiling and seemed to enjoy their work. Thanks to everyone for making our stay special.

Our room was spacious, well looked after and had everything we needed. The hotel has a relaxed feel, with great food choices and welcoming, attentive staff. Ines was especially helpful from beginning to end, always a ray of sunshine. Fantastic location too. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The location was spot on, and after four nights on half board I can say this is the best hotel team I’ve come across in more than 100 hotels worldwide. Reception were welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the cleaning team kept the apartments spotless each day. They were polite and clearly took pride in their work. Restaurant staff were attentive and on the ball. The chefs kept checking the food to make sure it looked fresh and well presented, and the waiters and waitresses were professional, friendly and smartly dressed. The lifeguard deserves credit too for keeping an eye on the pool and stopping people reserving sunbeds with towels. The management should be proud of the team and what they’ve achieved. If this is the Hovima standard, I’ll definitely return.

We came back for a second week after staying here before and loving it, and it lived up to our first visit. The rooms were lovely, the location was just right, and the staff work so hard. Nothing seems like too much trouble for them. We’ll definitely return.
