Ocean View apartment

We were there for seven nights, and the location was ideal, not too far from the waterpark. Everything about the stay was great, and I'd definitely recommend the hotel. The staff made it welcoming and relaxed every day. Guila and Klaus were especially friendly and helpful, and the two lovely women clearing and cleaning tables at breakfast each morning were kind and hardworking too. Sorry I didn't get your names. The chefs were fantastic as well. There was a bit of a language barrier sometimes, but they always made an effort to chat, and we found a way to understand each other in the end. Housekeeping was excellent. One woman in particular always had such a warm, kind attitude when she came to clean the room.

It's not the biggest hotel I've stayed in, and that made it all the better. Everyone from the kitchen and bar staff to the rest of the team did everything they could for you. I wish I could name them all to thank them personally. Isabella was great at helping me with my Spanish. The rooms were lovely, the bathrooms were a real nice touch, and cleanliness was next level. The beach, bars and restaurants were a seven-minute stroll away. I can't recommend it enough, and I can't wait to visit again. Hasta luego. Muchas gracias.

I wanted to do very little, while my husband wanted warmth, and I'm glad we both got what we needed. We spent a week here, and I would very much recommend it. It's adults only, with no children under 16, and it was absolute bliss. My husband is disabled and has dementia. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful, and they couldn't do enough for us. Special thanks to Elizabeth, who went above and beyond. Our room on the ninth floor was clean and comfortable, though a little worn in places. The air conditioning was welcome until I asked them to turn it off because my husband was cold. That's no fault of the hotel, as he's always cold. I thought the food was good, but because of his illness I struggled to find things he would eat and enjoy. Again, that's not the hotel's fault. The shower was very good, though the toilet was a bit low for him. We struggled for a couple of days, then figured out a safe way for him to use it. We didn't go far from the hotel apart from a boat trip to see dolphins and pilot whales. It was a great day out.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they even surprised me for my birthday. I'm very grateful for that, thank you! 😊 We stayed four nights at Coral Ocean View, in a clean, nice and well-maintained hotel. Our room was on the ninth floor and had a really nice view. We'd love to stay here again, and highly recommend it.
