Alessia was wonderful throughout my stay, helping with everything beyond just check-in and check-out. She was professional, kind, and, as a bonus, Italian. The apartment I stayed in belonged to a friend. It was my first time in Tenerife, and although I think the price was fair, I noticed it was dated compared with places nearby. I also saw another friend's apartment and could tell there was a difference, though I assume the price differs too. In short, top!
The location is perfect, and from the right side there's a beautiful sea view. On the left, you just look at the back of another building. The room on the 7th floor was comfortable and acceptable, with a well-equipped kitchen, though the faucets and dishes are old and the curtains are worn. The TV and cooktop are hard to operate, and the cabinet doors need replacing. There was no reception service when we arrived, so we had to get our own map. Communicating in French was VERY difficult. The pool is cold, old and worn, and needs renovation. Photos available on request. Have a great vacation, everyone!
Good location and excellent accommodation. You can manage just fine without a car.
