A great location, just five minutes from the beach. The rooms are clean, spacious and nice, and the pool is heated. Food could be tastier and the staff a bit more polite, but everything else was perfect. This isn't hotel related, but watch out for fraud at the local pharmacy: we were charged twice.

We spent a week here with toddlers. Breakfast and dinner were really good, and the hotel has a heated outdoor pool with lots of sunbeds. Some guests started throwing towels down after 7 am as if they'd never seen a pool before, which was pathetic. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the end of the beach, where you can watch sunsets and browse overpriced tourist shops. There's no parking at the hotel, which is the main downside if you rent a car, though paid parking is a short walk away. Rooms have ceiling fans but no AC.

It felt like a three-star hotel with the facilities of a five-star resort, and there was a surprising amount to do. The large heated pool sits in a lovely inner garden, a relaxing place to spend time. Rooms are spacious, with a separate bedroom, kitchen and living area, plus a nice balcony or terrace, which worked well with children. Facilities include a gym, sauna, indoor basketball, table tennis and arcade games, a small indoor play area, plus an outdoor playground and mini golf. There's something to do even if the weather turns. The food is a little basic, but breakfast and dinner both have plenty of options. The restaurant staff deserve special mention. I think one was called Sandra, and she worked so well with a colleague. They clearly got along, seemed to enjoy their work and made the atmosphere warm. They paid real attention to the children, which made a difference. One small thing we missed: last year the kids got a sticker when leaving the buffet, and our children loved collecting them every day. It wasn't there this year. Such a small gesture, but it meant a lot to them. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning.

We like the location, a five-to-ten-minute walk from either Playa Fanabe or Playa del Duque. It's not right on the seafront, but supermarkets and the Adeje market are nearby. Among the resorts we've tried around Playa del Duque and Playa Fanabe, this one offers some of the better quality for the price. The public areas, including the pool, are clean and well kept. Apartments are reasonably furnished, with enough equipment and storage for two people, and get a quick clean almost every day. Our half-board stay covered breakfast and dinner. The restaurant handled busy periods with little queuing and offered an acceptable range and quality of food. Staff were friendly and helpful, and seemed to learn our preferences quickly. The main frustration was waiting a long time for a hot drink. They could use a couple more hot-water or coffee machines. I'd recommend this resort.
