Tivoli la Caleta Resort

We felt very looked after and valued throughout our dreamy, relaxing holiday with our two children. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, which stood out most. The food was fantastic, the rooms and facilities immaculate, and the pool was lovely. There were plenty of sun loungers, and nearby shops and restaurants were easy to reach. A true 5 star hotel, we couldn't fault anything and will definitely be back!

Breakfast had a great selection of high quality food and drinks, and the hotel's restaurants are very good too, worth trying even if you're not staying there. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby and a Hiper Dino convenience store just a short walk away. The two main outdoor pools were excellent, with lots of sun loungers around them. We also enjoyed the pools in the quieter, more secluded adults-only area. Our room was spacious, with a large bathroom, and check-in was warm and friendly. Since we were leaving much later than the room checkout time, the hotel offered us a courtesy room with a shower, which was handy for freshening up before the trip home.

The concierge brought our rental car out of the hotel garage whenever we needed it. The hotel was well maintained, and the staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. Our suite on the 4th floor had a beautiful view across the area and out to sea. It was cleaned regularly and sufficiently. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely presented, with the option to sit inside or outside. There are 2 outdoor pools with enough sunbeds, and the nearly black sand beach is a 5 minutes walk along the promenade. We didn't use the SPA-area, though we did get a voucher for a discount. We did some Paddel-play in the sports-area. You can book tours or arrange a rental car at the hotel. For dinner, both the in-house restaurants and places nearby are worth checking out. We liked our stay here very much and would highly recommend Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort.

Fanni and Carla arranged a whale and dolphin trip for us, and it was unforgettable. We were there for eight nights with half board, and the buffet was different and really good each day. Our one-and-a-half-year-old was welcomed too, with everyone from the breakfast and dinner teams to reception and housekeeping being so kind and helpful. The pool was warm, just right for spring. We felt looked after and had a really relaxing holiday. We'll be back. Coste Family
