This was our second stay, in April and May 2026. It’s a lovely, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff, though some areas could do with a little refurb. Many of the sunbeds were broken underneath where you adjust the backrest, just like last year. The food really put my partner off coming back. It was either cold or overly hot, much too salty, and the choices were poor, mostly pork, chicken or fish. We ate out a lot. Other guests told us they microwaved some of their food. It’s a three star all inclusive, but extras add up. I understand a safe costing extra, but not the remote controls. A kettle should be in the room, especially at a three star hotel. WiFi should be included in the booking price, and it didn’t work all the time. The paper cups were ridiculously small. Why not use reusable plastic cups, and proper paper coffee cups instead of those? We might come back for a third stay, but my partner has asked me not to book because of the food. I also wondered what happens to things guests leave behind. At other hotels, I’ve seen sun cream and sprays left by the pool bar for people to use if needed. There was a collapsible kettle and other items left behind here, too. What happens to those?

The staff were helpful and friendly, and I enjoyed the food and plentiful drinks. This hotel has a lovely heart, and I think I would return, perhaps after it’s been refurbished. The room was very tired. Most of the fixtures, fittings and furniture looked worn out and in need of an update. They serviced it daily, but I wouldn’t say they cleaned it, based on our experience. They made the beds and changed towels. The mattress was very hard, which was rough on my old hips. There’s a deposit for the remote controls and room safe key, which I think is fairly standard now. Shame the WiFi isn’t free as it is in many hotels. I found it cheaper to use my UK provider.

It’s great here. I come back loads, the rooms are clean, there’s plenty of different food, and the staff are great. I don’t get why people complain about renting the air conditioner remote, kettle and other things. You return them and get your money back. If they weren’t rented, things would go missing and other guests wouldn’t be able to use them.

We had a great week here in November and hope to come back soon. It’s centrally located near lots of bars and restaurants, and only a ten minute stroll to the beach. The team, from reception and bars to the restaurant and housekeeping, were professional and really helpful. Our room was airy and spacious, with great views over the pool and sea. Housekeeping did a lovely job, tidying and leaving clean towels most days. The shower was roomy and hot, and there was a small kitchen area, a good sized balcony and decent WiFi. I was a little unsure about the all inclusive after reading reviews, but the food was great. Breakfast had continental options, fruit, pastries, yoghurt and cooked items. Snacks included burgers, hot dogs, toasties, pizza and ice cream. Lunch was fresh, with loads to choose from, and dinner had plenty of choice too, though we usually ate out. There was lots for vegetarians, plus fresh meat, chicken, mussels, chips, rice, potatoes and salads. If you can’t find something you like, I’m not sure what you eat at home! We also liked the drinks, soft drinks and coffees at the bar before heading out most nights. It’s a three star hotel, and they won’t please everybody, but it was a great stay and we’ll definitely return. One guest complained to reception and the restaurant several times about the food, yet came in daily with a piled high plate. You can’t please everyone.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. In my opinion, there’s nothing wrong with this hotel. It’s decent and has everything you could need. I’d stay again, though I wouldn’t pay peak season prices. It’s a three star place, so go and see it for yourself.
