Cabana De Campo

We went in November, me, my wife, and our two children, aged 4 and 1. There was no heating, only air conditioning. I have allergies, and each time I went into the cabin I started getting congested and sneezing. On the last day we saw that the air conditioners had mold around the air intake and fan. We had to go to the emergency room after an allergy attack, and I'm especially concerned about the effect on a child or baby. We complained, but they kept refusing to deal with it. They rejected our request through Booking.com and said the units were properly maintained, which clearly wasn't what we saw. Olga, who was apparently the cleaning lady and handled check-in and check-out, attended to us. When we asked her to explain, she said she wasn't the owner. We asked for the owner's contact details, but she said she couldn't give them, even though she can handle check-ins and check-outs. She seemed afraid of losing her job. This was a terrible experience, the service was awful, and I would not recommend it to people with allergies or children. It made our health worse. Do not go with children.

The place was practically unclean, and when we arrived several things were missing. We asked the “owner” about them and were completely ignored. The house is out in the middle of nowhere and has no amenities. Absolutely not recommended.

Olga, who handles WhatsApp messages, never replies. The communication was awful, and the service was terrible. It makes you not want to go away for the weekend.

We found the owner attentive and friendly, and the cabin itself is fantastic, meticulously maintained, with a very large private garden and barbecue. It's a great place to unwind with family or friends. The mosquitoes were my one complaint. With so much greenery and all sorts of insects around, I think the garden should be fumigated.
