I booked two nights here through Bookings.com for April, and it turned into one of my worst stays in Europe. The owner called before check-in and insisted on full payment or she would cancel. Since I knew nothing about the place, I paid. She didn't speak English, so I had to find other people to help us communicate. Finding the apartment was a struggle too. There was no sign, and she wouldn't answer calls or messages. I wandered around for more than 45 minutes before a man with limited English helped me locate it. Even he had spent over half an hour trying to find the place. Inside, there was a bad smell, the heaters didn't work, and the bedroom heater was leaking. The owner said they'd fix it, but then someone claiming to be her husband showed up with gardening tools to replace indoor plants and left the apartment in a mess. A plumber eventually came to deal with the heater, but by then I'd had enough and moved to Hotel Dona Juana. They refused to refund even one night's cost and stopped responding. Bookings.com couldn't help either, so I paid for two nights without staying there. 😔

Our one-bedroom apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The town itself is lovely, with a really pleasant atmosphere.

A good-value place to stay, quiet and comfortable, with everything set up for a restful night's sleep. It's in a handy area for exploring Ágreda, its cultural heritage, the outdoors, and the hiking routes, especially around the Moncayo mountain range. I'd recommend it.

La Dama Azul has clean, welcoming apartments with all the equipment you need. Mine was in Agreda's historic center, and parking was easy to find nearby. The town has a lot of history and is worth a visit, with plenty of natural beauty around it too, including the impressive Moncayo peak.

There were bloodstains on the sheets, as if they hadn't been cleaned, and the mattress was terribly uncomfortable. The apartment also had insects everywhere, including termites and woodworms. They were in the ceiling beams and dropping onto the bed while we slept. I found them on the floor and bed too. It was disgusting. The place is clearly in poor condition and feels like a health hazard. It shouldn't be rented out. This is the worst place I've ever seen, so avoid it completely. I've attached photos and videos.
