We were really comfortable, and the apartments are very well equipped. The river views are spectacular, too. I think the bathroom radiator could be in a better spot, and Netflix would be a nice addition for rainy days. Everything else was perfect. We’ll be back, thank you.

SHAMELESS!! After two weeks of thinking we had an apartment booked, they told me today there was no availability and left my partner, our two-year-old and me without a place to stay, just two weeks before a big event in town. That makes finding somewhere else especially difficult. The facilities may be good, judging by what I can see here, but the people managing them are utterly disgraceful. I’d phoned two weeks ago to reserve an apartment for my partner and child, for a stay two weeks later. They confirmed on WhatsApp that they had “my reservation to process.” That same day I asked why the price was €40 lower on Booking.com than if I booked directly. They said it was because of the booking method and whether a crib was available. I said we’d bring our own, and they accepted the lower price. Today they messaged saying they’d checked and the reservation hadn’t been made, and nothing was available anymore. They said I had to pay 50% to confirm it and asked me to send proof if I’d paid. Nobody had told me an advance payment was needed, and I never got payment details by email. What more did they need from me to “process the reservation”?

Right in the heart of Ainsa’s historic center, these lovely apartments have spectacular views. They’re cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully put together, so you feel at home. The owner made us feel incredibly welcome. We’ll definitely come back, and we recommend the place wholeheartedly.

The apartment has spectacular views, and you can use the campsite swimming pool in summer. It’s a fantastic location, just a minute’s walk from the square. The place feels very welcoming, is incredibly clean, and has everything you could need, right down to the smallest details. 200% recommended!
