The apartment facilities are good.

The place was in awful shape, and at €170 a night for a one-bedroom apartment, we felt completely ripped off. The terrace planters had food scraps and cigarette butts from previous guests, and the table wobbled because one leg didn’t match the other three. The shutters were rusty and dirty. Even a 10-kilo child made the sofa bed creak with every move, so I can only imagine what it’d be like for an adult. The bathroom was dreadful. The shower hose was broken, so there was barely any pressure, and the toilet wouldn’t drain. We had to flush it with buckets of water. The ceiling fans were extremely loud, as was the washing machine, which you could only run if you left the apartment. Never again.

What a scam. They took my card details when I booked, then said they were cancelling because of a pricing error. When I said they should stand by their mistake, they claimed there were no apartments available. I asked them to find me another place, and they went back to saying the prices had been entered incorrectly. Shameless people trying to get even more money out of me than they already are.

A lovely pool and a well-kept lawn make it easy to unwind here. It’s quiet, with everything you need nearby, and the apartments are quite nice. The beach is beautiful and super close. My only gripe is the old sofa bed, though it’s still acceptable.
