It’s old and basic, though the location is good. For what it cost, I expected a lot more. The value for money was poor, so next time I’ll pay closer attention to the reviews.

The location is the only thing I liked. It’s a filthy, old apartment managed by Marineu Real Estate, whose handling of the place leaves a lot to be desired. They should know what condition it’s in. If they do and still rent it out this way, I don’t know how they can feel any shame. The mattress covers were disgusting, and the mattress protector was covered in hair. The bathroom was moldy and badly neglected. Furniture was broken, and the sofa was so dirty you could sit on it without lotion because it was covered in grime from all the vacationers. The lights were so dim a flashlight would be brighter, and the kitchen had only the bare minimum of utensils. This felt like a complete rip-off. With a bit of investment in cleaning and upkeep, the apartment could be wonderful. I’m not asking for luxury, just cleanliness and maintenance. The agency’s response was no solution at all. They flipped the mattress and told us some clients book year after year. We’ll definitely complain to the tourism board, because the apartment doesn’t meet health and safety standards, let alone the ones related to COVID.

Great for families, and I really enjoyed it. The beach is very clean, and it’s handy having restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a supermarket close by.

The apartments are fantastic, and as always, we had a wonderful stay. The rental management staff are lovely. We’ll definitely be back.
