A really nice residence.

The terrace is supposed to be one of the apartment’s good features, but it’s useless because the air conditioning unit is installed there. The dining chairs were completely unglued and unusable, and the pool wasn’t maintained and had hair in it. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment from July 19th to 24th. The company’s service was zero. They charge for air conditioning, towels, and other things, though they do tell you about that beforehand. The apartment itself has only basic amenities, with no toilet paper, soap, or anything. We paid for air conditioning, but it didn’t work, so we had to call a technician. The garage door opener had no battery. We bought and installed one ourselves, then when we returned it, they still asked if we’d left the battery in. For the price we paid, the disappointment was extreme. You don’t feel comfortable at all. It seems like a company aiming for maximum returns with minimum investment. If you have other options, choose one of them. I hope this helps stop anyone from booking these apartments.

The pool was always packed and was so tiny it seemed to fill up with just four people. It was nothing like the size in the photos, and we couldn’t use it. The cleaning was mediocre, and parking was awful. We won’t be back. When we arrived, they tried to put four adults in a room with bunk beds. After we asked to change, they said there was nothing else available. We argued for over an hour and showed them that bunk beds hadn’t been mentioned anywhere. Then suddenly another apartment became available. It was a terrible experience.
