Fontana Real

We feel abandoned as owners and are exhausted, disappointed, and worried about how this is being handled at Fontana Real. We've paid community fees, insurance, and maintenance services, yet when a serious problem with the building's common elements came up, we were left to chase everyone ourselves. Every update has required us to call and insist on answers while we live under a deteriorating roof and wait for a clear solution or definitive action. For weeks we've reported damp-related damage and a ceiling that's getting worse. We're genuinely afraid it could collapse. We notified the building manager, insurance company, and the companies involved from the start, sent photos, explained how serious it was, and kept following up. The response has been delays, silence, and very little urgency. The lack of coordination between the property manager, insurer, and maintenance is alarming. There have been plenty of promises and talk of follow-up, but few real solutions while the damage continues inside our home. We've reported it repeatedly, and the past few weeks of messages, photos, and other communications are all documented. We sincerely hope it won't take a tragedy for someone to grasp how serious this is.

I've been coming here for my summer holiday every year. The sea and beach views are great, and the apartment is nice. It's a spacious building with an elevator, tidy gardens, and good connections, plus private outdoor parking.

It used to be an aparthotel, but now the units are private apartments. The beach is under 100 meters away, and the walk there is lovely.
