LUNA-Guest Rooms

The beds were uncomfortable, and the walls were paper-thin. Noise from the rooms next door made it impossible to sleep. Is the owner's reply really a suspicious review? I'm writing from the same "hotel."

There's no staff on site, just service over the phone, and nowhere to park. Finding a street spot is impossible. This isn't really a hotel, just rooms off a very unwelcoming corridor. They look shabby and smell musty, with kitchenettes right by the beds. Noise from inside and outside makes sleep impossible. They turn off the electricity at night, so I was left without a TV or even light in the corridor.

The owner was super friendly and flexible, and gave us a really warm welcome even though we arrived late in the evening. The hotel is central, cozy, clean, and a great place to stay. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend it. Thank you so much! Brigid and Vincenzo

I booked an overnight stay for my parents, and they had an excellent experience. They said the room was perfect and the location unbeatable. Everyone was very kind, especially Clara, who was attentive to everything the whole time. We'd definitely return. Thank you so much for everything.
