The place was decent apart from a few annoyances during my stay. The walls are thin enough that I could hear people talking in the next room. The kitchen was missing basic items too: the only way to boil water was in a huge 20L pot, and the frying pan had no lid.

Nice rooms, and the location is good.

It's clean, with modern amenities and good Wi-Fi, but the furnishings are pretty sparse. In the four-person apartment, the sofa only seats two, so the others have to stand if they're watching TV. There are just four plates and glasses. To boil eggs, you get a five-liter saucepan, or you can cook them in a pan. The small omissions add up: no clothes storage or coat hooks in the bedroom, and no toilet paper holder in the bathroom.

We were only staying for two more nights when they said they'd move us to another apartment if the TV still wasn't fixed that day. We'd already been waiting three days since they called technical support, and it didn't make sense to keep waiting. Lots of little things are missing too, including a toilet paper holder.

Right outside the door there's a supermarket, and the apartments are very well connected to the center of Alcalá, the highway, and the airport. They're fitted out with new, modern things and suit our guests' needs perfectly. 100% recommended.
