The shower screen is a bit too short, so water ends up all over the bathroom. Apart from that, the beds were comfortable, there was loads of space, and the air conditioning was great. These are modern apartments on the road into town, with free parking in the garage across the street and breakfast included. We arrived while the restaurant door was open. If you get there after hours, they'll send you the codes for the building and your room.

We've just returned to Meseguer in 2023, and the food is still as good as ever. The weekday set lunch costs more now, which makes sense, but there’s so much to choose from that it’s hard to decide. My baby broad beans with fried bacon in fresh tomato sauce, lamb chops toasted as requested, and homemade dessert were all excellent. Meseguer has been Michelin Recommended for the third year running. Back in 2021, the weekday set lunch was €15.50, with generous portions and plenty of options. It was excellent value, as always, and a pleasure to return. Meseguer is now in its fourth generation.

The hotel was extremely clean, with huge rooms that were decorated really well. I got food poisoning at a tapas bar in town, and the next day my friends left me in the reception while we were on a motorbike holiday. The staff looked after me so well. I can't rate them highly enough. I'm going back to Alcaniz next year and won't stay anywhere else.

Really thoughtful service for customers. They kindly cancelled my booking because of a paperwork issue with a third party. I'll definitely stay there next time.

The service was impeccable, and the food was incredible for the price.
