I like this place a lot. It's great for a meal or just a coffee.

The views over the olive groves are really pleasant, and the apartments themselves are very nice. Getting around is another matter: there are about 30 steps, so access is limited for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility. They advertised meals and breakfast while I was there, but once other guests arrived, we were told the kitchen was closed and it would be better to eat dinner in town. I appreciated them being honest about that. Still, if the apartments are full, they should be better organized so guests can have breakfast or dinner there.

The apartments are lovely, but the service, towels, and pillows need a lot of improvement. We were a large group using several rooms, yet they hadn't planned ahead: just one person was making and serving breakfast, and she was in a very bad mood. They'd also agreed to a late checkout, then changed their minds that morning and told us to leave by 12. That felt very unprofessional. Honestly, I find the high ratings on various forums hard to believe.

The property itself is quite nice, with a pool and parking, but good manners and hygiene matter most to me, and this stay left a lot to be desired. I went with a group of friends for a wedding this past weekend, and I wouldn't return, especially after the way I was treated. The treatment was extremely unpleasant throughout. When we made requests or complained, the receptionist and barman snapped at us arrogantly instead of talking things through with the basic courtesy you'd expect from a business serving the public. On our last day, the bride and groom had specially requested a late checkout, but the barman tried to keep us there until midnight. The groom had to call to ask for a later checkout. There were hygiene and maintenance problems too. We found sheets stained with what looked like blood. Some guests got dirty, even yellowed, towels, and guests in apartment 1 had bathroom leaks whenever someone showered upstairs. Breakfast was meager, and they didn't explain what was included, just said it was included. They charged us extra for orange juice, and service was incredibly slow. One girl was handling 20 people and seemed not to know how to use a tray, bringing coffees one at a time. For tomato toast, they first brought bread with a separate bowl of tomato, then decided to serve one slice with tomato and salt already added to their liking. I'd never seen anything like that. They should anticipate how many guests are staying and have a few extra people to share the work. A few times, we had to get up and collect our own coffees. When we left, we tried to fill in a complaint form, but they snapped at us and asked what we had to complain about. Nobody apologized or showed any humility. They said they couldn't find the forms and told us to go to the consumer affairs office and file one ourselves, even though a sign on the counter said forms were available. We waited up to 30 minutes before the forms conveniently appeared, then left without an apology.
