The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and the place is accessible, with easy parking. It’s very practical, but extremely basic, and needs a lot of attention. The outdoor patios are also a mess. They’re a nice extra, but if you go out to hang laundry, your soles come back so black they leave marks on the apartment tiles. Inside, the shower screens need checking, paint is chipped, the bathroom lighting is poor, and shelves aren’t secured to the wall. Be especially careful about those shelves if children are around, since they could be very dangerous. Better upkeep would make a real difference.

For three days, the apartment and its location were fine, but we couldn’t cook on the first day. The pans were caked with grime and filthy. Seeing them was awful. We ended up buying a pan, a spatula, and two forks. I can’t attach photos here, but you’d have to see it to believe it!

Mari Carmen was wonderful, always checking what I needed and adapting to it. She even offered to keep my luggage and other things if necessary. I’m very grateful for how welcome she made me feel. I spent two weeks in the new apartments, which were recently renovated and very clean. They’re small, but practical, well equipped, and make good use of the space. The kitchen was comfortable and had everything I could need, and there was a washer-dryer too.

I stayed for two days, and the cleaning was awful, especially when it came to the pans and cutlery.
