It's a good spot if you need to visit one of the nearby businesses, but not where I'd stay for a tourist trip to Madrid. The hotel itself feels modern, sleek, and functional. Rooms are clean and contemporary, with beds facing floor-to-ceiling windows, which gives the stay a chic, upscale feel.

My stay was barely adequate even before the curtain came down. On the second-to-last night, it fell completely out of the ceiling just before bed. I asked reception to fix it or move me to another room, but they said they couldn't do anything and I'd have to sleep without a curtain. That meant no privacy and no solution, which showed very little care for guests. For a hotel claiming this standard, that response was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who expects even basic hospitality. Happy travels elsewhere!

The place looks fancy and clean on the surface, but next time I'd probably stay somewhere else. We spent 10 days in Spain at four cheaper hotels, then paid a little more for our last night in Madrid before flying out in the morning. Check-in went fairly smoothly, and there's a huge mall with restaurants about a 25-minute walk away. After dinner, the Wi-Fi stopped working and stayed down for our whole visit. We couldn't check in for our flight or pull together any flight details. With no cell service because we're from another country, having no Wi-Fi all day and night caused a lot of stress. The room was extremely cold too. We turned off the A/C but still froze, kept waking up, and slept horribly. Nobody offered compensation or even an apology for the Wi-Fi trouble. We stayed at another hotel from the same company, Crisol Hotel Guadalupe in Granada, and it was fantastic, so I'm not sure what's going on at this location.

Prices rise at Christmas while the service gets worse. There wasn't even a cafe or bar open in the hotel that evening. Four stars? It felt more like a hostel than a hotel.
