Good value for the price, especially with prices rising so much in Alcorcón. There’s not really a better option there, and when I had problems, they were sorted out quickly. The best part was being able to get customer service on WhatsApp 24/7.

The security system was very good, and the rooms were excellent and incredibly comfortable. I was fully satisfied with my stay and hope to come back.

It’s been renovated recently and has all the amenities, right in the heart of Alcorcón. There’s no reception, but the customer service is always helpful and the access instructions are clear. I really recommend it.
