The hotel is very German-oriented, with signs and animation in German, although most staff speak English. Everyone was polite and friendly, always serving us with a smile. We spent 2 weeks there and the menu changed each day. The rooms were very clean. One thing to know: the mattresses are too soft if you have back problems.

The rooms and pools were nice, and the staff were kind and helpful, but the food and service made this a very underwhelming four-day stay. We seemed short-staffed, and I waited a lot of times for drinks at the bar. All inclusive really wasn’t worth it. The buffet food was barely edible. My first meal was lasagna that was ICE cold. I know it’s a buffet and didn’t expect much, but cold food at the hotel’s only restaurant is hard to overlook. We found places to eat in town after the first day. Even breakfast was disappointing. I probably won’t stay here again, as the service and quality just weren’t worth it.

The hotel was pretty kid-friendly, and we liked our stay. In the restaurant, all the food names were written in German, even though we weren’t from there. The music in the evening was our main downside. Its volume was different every day, and we had to use earplugs. There was a small second downside with the German food labels.

The pool is nice, but there aren’t enough seats for everyone, and people smoke heavily around it without considering others. Food needs more seasoning. We were served fish that was still frozen inside, and there was hair in the food. Wifi and power cuts also seem common. The focus is on German guests, and everyone speaks German. It wasn’t the Spanish experience we expected. Not recommended.
