allsun App.-Hotel Orquidea Playa

The lobby is beautiful, with the restaurant nearby, and the views are lovely. There's a large outdoor pool, though it gets very crowded in summer, as well as a fitness room and spa. A bridge connects the hotel to the beach, which is only a short distance away. The main disappointment is how much is in German, with only a little in Spanish and English. Apart from that, this is an amazing hotel.

The service was friendly and very good, and alcoholic drinks are included in the all-inclusive. The hotel itself was clean and nice, but the meals were boring and not really to our taste. Each day had a different, very specific food theme, and the food wasn't very child-friendly, for example there were no french fries.

I got orchids on the bed every next day, and the rooms were very clean, with AC and nice beds. The pools were wonderful, and the food and drinks were nice too. The ocean is only two minutes away. On my first trip to alcudia, I picked this hotel and felt proud of my choice.

We were here in mid-November and it was pretty dead. The hotel staff were friendly, but the rest was just okay. Internet was nearly nonexistent and painfully slow. Upgrades cost 15 Euro for 7 days per phone or laptop, which I think is an outdated policy.
