Can Xaneta was a lovely place for our five-day stay, and it's within walking distance of both the old town and the port. There was plenty of room for our group of 10, with lots of bedrooms and a big sitting and dining room. The pool was large enough for us all to get in together. Any little problems we had were sorted quickly. The bedrooms have air conditioning, but it runs on a timer: from 2 to 4 pm, then again from 8 pm until 8 am. It got very hot while we were getting ready to go out in the evening, so starting it at 6 pm might help. I'd recommend the villa for a holiday.

The pool and outdoor space were really nice, though the tiles were very sharp. We were nine people and stayed six days at the end of September 2025. For the high price, the house furnishings weren't good enough. The kitchen was tiny, the oven didn't work properly, and we really needed a second fridge. The furniture was old and there were lots of leaks. We expected better and will look elsewhere next time.

We had lots of room as a group of nine in this well-kept villa, with five bedrooms, each set up with two beds, and four bathrooms. The garden was lovely and tidy, and the pool was nice. The owner was always available. It's a little way outside Alcúdia, so a car would help with shopping and taking out rubbish. Shops are about a 15-minute walk away, and Porto Alcúdia beach is around 20 minutes on foot. We'd definitely return.

The villa sits in a quiet cul-de-sac about halfway between Alcudia and Port Alcudia. We could walk to shops, the beach, and Alcudia's old town, and other places were easy to reach by car. We were two families there for a week in early August 2022, and did have a nice stay, but the house and grounds felt dated. The kitchen was the biggest letdown: the cutlery and dishes were dirty, and some were rusty. There were rusty bathroom fixtures too, chipped pool tiles, and worn paving around the pool with sharp edges. The pool water looked cloudy, and our children hurt their feet in and around it. For just under 3,800 euros a week, we expected better quality and equipment. An older house is understandable, but it should still be clean and have things that work. We can only recommend the villa with reservations.

The house is huge, with a spectacular pool and great views. It’s close to town and the tourist attractions.
