Club Mac - All Inclusive Family Resort

We had a lovely stay in Jupiter, and our 6 year old was kept entertained the whole time. We hadn't taken our daughter abroad before, so we were a bit out of practice after seven years, but getting around felt easy. The dining staff were especially kind and on top of things. They kept replenishing food, clearing up after guests and checking whether anyone needed anything. Hamza (sp? I only caught his name badge from a distance, sorry) was always smiling and lovely with the children. Julie also went around checking in with people at their tables. The whole restaurant team were great, those are just the names I remember lol. The woman at reception who checked us in was lovely too, and later helped with my questions. She was really accommodating despite my nonstop questioning lol. A few thoughtful touches stood out. There were loads of sunbeds, and you could pump up a lilo outside the supermarket. The beach shuttle ran often, though once we knew the way we enjoyed walking there instead. At the circus, the tiered seating made it easier to keep an eye on the little dancers, and the speakers hanging above meant you could hear from wherever you sat. The 5am continental breakfast was a lifesaver when we had an early departure. Other guests were the hardest part for me. Maybe they come often enough to feel at home, or maybe that's just how some people act on holiday lol. The staff deserve much more credit for how proactive and friendly they are.

Back again after 10 years, this time with teenagers, adults and grandparents. There was something for everyone, even with my fussy eaters, and the choices were there all day. The entertainment was varied and well put together, and the food was amazing. The rooms are basic, but we didn't spend much time in them. Everything was really clean, and the staff were helpful all the time xx

There are pools everywhere, loads of sunbeds, shaded spots and quiet places where our neurodivergent family could regroup when things got overstimulating. We had two adults, a 12 Year old and a 15 Year old, and found something for everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Restaurant food was okay, with a huge range to choose from, and the food trucks and snack bars were great if you weren't keen on it. One of the chefs from marte restaurant went out of her way to tell us about activities and good places to visit. Thanks so much, Julie. We'd definitely come back and recommend it.

We had a brilliant time with our family in the Saturno building. The rooms were great and well cared for, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of choice and the food was excellent. The entertainment team put on a great show each evening. Definitely recommend.
