The owners were very friendly and took care of everything whenever we had a question or request. We spent two weeks here and loved it. The house has everything you need, and the green, peaceful setting between Alcudia and Pollença is a lovely escape from mass tourism. A beautiful little finca for anyone looking to relax as a couple and get away from the crowds. Highly recommend. The last 300 metres are bumpy and a bit of an adventure in the car, but no real problem. Shops are about a ten-minute drive away, with all the everyday things you need. We liked the small plantation next door, run by a very nice man, and it was convenient to have a place nearby for errands with our dog. In the evenings, watching geckos catch mosquitoes and moths on the walls was a lovely little show. The barbecue area feels cozy and homelike. We spent most of our time in the pool, which is just the right size for two.

Finca c'an Xavi? Never again. The pool was filthy, with green already showing on the walls, and we were told that was just nature. The mattress had been urinated on at least four times, the sofa bed was completely broken, and the kitchen cabinets smelled awful inside. The coffee machine and other appliances were unusable, and the air conditioner leaked all night. Apparently you're not meant to use it too much, which is no wonder if it keeps breaking. When the toilet kept running, they blamed us and said we'd flushed it wrong. Asking the owner to fix things got us called rude and told to enjoy our holiday instead of making trouble. The finca is run-down and dirty. And what do you expect for ONLY €2350 for 14 days?

The sleeping arrangements really need updating, and the furnishings aren't quite what the description says. We made do, though. It's wonderfully quiet, surrounded by untouched nature and far from everything. Getting there is a real ordeal, especially in a low car, but the effort feels worthwhile every day. Even with those drawbacks, I'd happily book this property/provider again and highly recommend it.

The outdoor space is lovely for relaxing in the evenings, and there's a ping-pong table too. The pool is really pleasant. For the price, it's perfectly fine.

A quiet, great spot, and the accommodation is just right for two. I'd recommend having an SUV for the drive in.
