Damia welcomed us on our first day and explained the hotel and surrounding area in detail, which helped us settle in straight away. My wife and I felt at home throughout our stay at The Forum, and the staff and hotel exceeded every expectation. We spent ages reading reviews and looking for the right place, and now understand why this one is so highly rated. Diego usually worked nights, and we loved coming back and catching up with him. He had great suggestions for places to visit and eat, and was always up for a friendly chat. Rianne looked after us at breakfast, checked that everything was okay and made mornings feel relaxed and welcoming. All three, Damia, Diego, and Rianne, were attentive, polite, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. I honestly can't fault a thing. If you're considering booking, don't think twice, just do it!

Even with the hotel full, it stayed calm and restful. The pool and spa felt modern and impressively private, and breakfast had plenty to enjoy, including eggs made fresh, cava, yoghurt, and both hot and cold choices. Forum Boutique is right in Alcudia old town, close to the courtyard cafés, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are bright and stylish, with an open, soothing feel. Damien and Rianne made us feel welcome and gave us great suggestions.

We had plenty of room, a comfortable king bed, and a large shower. The pool, spa, and rooftop were all nice, and there was unlimited water as well as a pretty good breakfast buffet. The hotel sits on the old town's main square, close to everything going on, but indoors it feels quiet and private, almost like having your own space. Rianne, Damien, and Diego really stood out. They went out of their way to make us comfortable, from arranging reservations to making delicious mojitos.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning, with a good range of options. We also really enjoyed the pool and rooftop terrace. The hotel is right in the center of Alcúdia, but still feels peaceful. The staff were so friendly and always glad to suggest places to see and things to do. We had a wonderful stay.

The room had a lovely surprise waiting for us, a beautiful arrangement on the bed and a chilled bottle of cava on ice for our celebration. We were on the second part of our month-long honeymoon road trip, and manager Damien welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home straight away. Forum Boutique Hotel & Spa was a peaceful retreat from the August heat in Majorca and the historic city around it. We're so glad we stayed here and hope to come back for an anniversary. Thanks to the hotel team for making our honeymoon feel so special.
