Grupotel Maritimo

The hotel has a nice, modern design, and the rooms, beds, buffet, and staff were all top notch. The pools were deep enough, and there are coworking spaces, a gym, and ping pong tables. They ran activities on most days, including 9:30 p.m. shows and ping pong tournaments. I marked the location down because the famous nearby beach is very shallow, so you have to walk about 100 metres out to swim. It's good for kids. The Queens show we saw wasn't top quality, but all in all, it's a solid 5.

The breakfast plates were disgusting, with food stuck to nearly all of them, especially underneath. The walls were so thin I could hear neighbours coughing. The AC didn't work, so I had to leave the patio door open to cool the room, which didn't feel safe.

Parking was on the street, but we always managed to find a space. The hotel was only five minutes from the beach and had both outdoor and indoor pools. Food was fantastic and changed every day, and there was an evening programme for guests. The Wi-Fi worked well enough. Everything felt well organized, professional, and welcoming. I didn't expect such a good experience. They even gave me a small gift because I was there for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise.

Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, with plenty of variety and care put into the food. The restaurant staff were attentive and professional. Our room was spotless and well looked after, with air conditioning and a fridge. A big thank you to Mrs. Leontina (Le-o), who cleaned it so well and was such a lovely person. I hadn't expected much at first, but we were very happy with our stay. The front desk team were extremely kind and even let us check in before the official time. A wonderful hotel experience, well done to everyone on staff.
