We’re staying at another hotel and came over to visit some friends. The experience was very positive. The hotel is to a high standard, and best of all, it’s right by the beach.

Parking was always available right in front of the building, even in peak season. We were also able to use the pool in the afternoon after getting an extended checkout, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect, right on the beach, and the service was excellent. Fresh linens came daily, and the amenities were adequate, though there was no oven.

We had an excellent stay in a really clean place with an ideal location. Tania and Elena were super friendly and attentive, and Miguel was always ready to help sort out any problem. We’ll definitely be back!

A large part of my belongings was stolen by the cleaning lady, including clothes, jewelry, and my children’s clothing. When I contacted the hotel manager, he wouldn’t listen and started yelling at me, saying it wasn’t him. He refused to contact the cleaning lady, probably someone he knew. He left without even apologizing on behalf of the hotel. I’m very disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Run away, nothing beats being treated like this. There was blood visible on the bedroom sofa, and a dead insect on the bedding.
