The dinner buffet changed every night, and the food was good. Everything seemed clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. There were a decent number of loungers, though the pool could be a bit larger. As for the location, it depends what kind of trip you're after. It's a quiet area, but a little remote, so the port is a bit far if you want to go there every day.

The pool stayed pleasantly uncrowded, which made the atmosphere peaceful, and our room was lovely as a base for the holiday. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The reception staff were excellent, always ready to help with a smile. Sunprime Pollensa Bay exceeded my expectations for our week there. We had a truly enjoyable stay.

The main drawbacks were the rather isolated location and the fact that there's just one small pool. Beyond that, it's a great hotel, with nice rooms, plenty of sunbeds, excellent food, and good drinks and beer.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did have a massage and it was amazing. I wish I'd remembered the therapist's name. Everyone I dealt with was really friendly, including the desk staff, where I stopped a few times because the water and snacks were cheaper than at my hotel next door. The gym I saw looked very well equipped, though it's a shame there's no pay-to-use option. I'd highly recommend the massage and facial.

The view, location, beach, room, cleaning, breakfast and activities were all things I enjoyed during my week here. Almost everything was great. One small request: please wash the breakfast plates more carefully! Otherwise, it was a perfect holiday spot.
