The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating, and Sebastian and the agency staff were friendly and competent too. The house is spacious and really pretty. It’s somewhat out of the way, which makes it quiet even though it’s on the main road. Some rooms and furnishings are dated, but they have a typical Mallorcan look, so that didn’t bother us. Cleanliness could have been better in a few areas, especially for the price. All in all, I’d recommend the villa, particularly for a big family or group.

The pool needs attention: some tiles are coming loose, the skimmers don’t seem to work, and we had to remove insects every day. The loungers were all grimy and sticky. The outdoor grill and pizza oven were broken, which was a shame since we wanted to use them. After airing the main house continuously for three days, the smell eased, but the basement was still completely uninhabitable. The annex is badly run-down, and every bathroom has mold. There weren’t enough cups or glasses for twelve people. The whole property badly needs a complete overhaul and a thorough cleaning. What a waste of money.

There was ample room indoors and outside for our extended family to spend time together or find a quiet corner. We stayed for a week and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place. Everything was clean and in perfect condition, and the landlord was incredibly helpful. A top-notch location!
