The fitout is good quality, and the accommodation is nice. There are a few signs of wear, though nothing that really stands out.

Brilliant place, but you can't drink the tap water.
The caretaker and plumber were at least a small bright spot, because dealing with the rental company was the worst part. Their communication was downright rude and unfriendly. The basics were missing too, including toilet paper, and the sofa covers needed a wash. There's no sea view with the tall hedge around the property, and the attic isn't finished. Alcúdia's old town is a 15-minute walk away. Across from the pool, a construction site made noise from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday, and the agency hadn't warned us. On top of that, we had a power cut one day, a water pipe burst, and gardeners were making noise at 7:00 am Friday morning. The villa is modern, but the amenities were only basic.
The beach could be nicer, and there was construction going on in front of the house. Aside from that, everything was fine. It's a beautiful villa with lots of room and a modern kitchen, though there are a few signs of wear and the furnishings could be better. The bathroom in the bedroom has only a sink, toilet, and shower cubicle.
It feels like paradise here. Time slows down, and so does your heartbeat.
