We had a really comfortable stay in a spacious, well-located house, and most things were very good. We were there for 18 days. The cleaning fee was €180, but the cleaning hadn’t been done properly when we arrived. Each room had a fan, and we had to clean them ourselves because the tops of the blades were dirty with buildup that clearly wasn’t just a week or a month old. There was also confusion about checkout. We had an email from the agency saying we could leave at 2 p.m. At around 11:30, the owners came to ask when we were going. I told them we had until 2, but they said checkout was at 10. Communication between the agency and the owners was poor. Thanks.
