Yourhouse Venecia Apartments

We’ve stayed here once before, and it definitely won’t be our last. The apartments are great for families with kids, with a swimming pool and a small paddling pool for toddlers. It’s a two-minute walk to the beach and close to local shops. The rooms are very clean, towels are changed every two days, and Malena is always helpful. Highly recommended.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived, thanks to the kind, attentive staff who were always ready to help with a smile. The apartments are lovely, tastefully decorated, well equipped, and very clean, with thoughtful touches that made our stay more comfortable. The setting beside a lake gives the place a peaceful feel. It’s close to the beach and easy to get to restaurants and shops, yet quiet enough to enjoy the surroundings. We had a fantastic time at Apartamentos Venecia in Alcudia and would happily return. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to relax.

Oh my days, these were the worst apartments I’ve stayed in with kids. The furniture was really old and filthy, and even though the cleaning was okay, staying here with children was just horrible. There was dirt under the mattresses too. It’s crazy.

You said the microwave worked, but would you actually heat food for your child in it? I wouldn’t, thanks. The pillows and bedspreads smelled bad, and I don’t know if the pillows had ever been washed. Anyone with allergies would have a hard time there. Our 13-year-old son spent some nights on the terrace because the condition of the mattress put him off sleeping on it. The light was already broken, and instead of fixing it, you put tape on it. It was broken before we even got there, so don’t blame the guests. Please sort out your relationship with Booking and renovate the apartment. You charge 250 eur per night.
