Ricardo was so kind when we got lost. He came to find us, then had us follow his car to the apartment. Parking was a bit tricky with the street under construction, but once there, we had a lovely balcony with spectacular views. The bedroom window faces the street, yet it was very quiet. The mattress felt odd the first night, though it was fine the next. We stayed in apartment number 1 on the ground floor. Even with rain when we arrived and again overnight, we stayed warm without needing extra blankets. The shower was great, with such strong water pressure that we never had to worry about it. The interior looks just as advertised, so I’ll share more exterior photos instead. The building is beautiful and worth seeing. I’d definitely recommend it.

The views and location were lovely, and the apartment had everything we needed. The staff were really friendly.

A very decent breakfast and a really friendly host made this a nice stopover. There’s no air conditioning, but leaving the windows open at night worked fine. Having parking was a real plus in a city with such narrow streets.

It seemed clean on arrival, but the cleaning turned out to be pretty superficial, like they hadn’t put much effort in. The mattresses are like sleeping on the floor, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a bad back. Fine for a weekend, but no more than that. I won’t be returning.

The room was luxurious, and I actually liked the smell, even though it reminded me of Temp. I was there to see a boat in Extremadura, and the place did make me think about the lack of a train, let alone a beach. Even Casa de Temp has more water than here.
