Living in Parque Mariola feels like a real luxury. The apartments are stunning and only 100 meters from the beach. There's an indoor pool, a summer pool with a beach feel, gardens, paddle tennis courts for several sports, a gym and an area for children. The avenue is full of restaurants and other services too.

A great picnic spot, with an impressive park, areas with ducks, a dog park and lovely views for taking photos. What I like most is the meaning of that particular iron tree.

In the new Pau 5 neighborhood, this seaside development is one of the best in Alicante, in my opinion, among the top three.

A lovely, welcoming residential development in Pau 5, Alicante. The homes are very expensive, but they're high standard and come with everything: a garden, swimming pool, paddle tennis court, gym and more.

I spent part of the summer at the resort while visiting relatives. The facilities were impeccably clean and very well maintained. You can see the manager's professionalism and skill. It's a friendly, peaceful place, highly recommended.
