We had no real choice but to sleep in the heat because it was late and the hotel was in the middle of nowhere. Opening the windows wasn't a good option either, as they faced the back of the hotel where there was a LOT of noise. When four other guests arrived while I was asking for help, they heard there was no A/C and wanted to cancel too, but the hotel wouldn't accept it. They know the A/C isn't working and keep selling rooms without telling people. I'd booked for one night and check-in was fine. It was close to 30 Celsius that day, and the air conditioning in my room didn't work. At reception, the woman grumpily told me to press some buttons, which didn't help. When I went back, she said none of the rooms had working A/C and told me to open the windows. Asked what she could do, she said nothing. I asked for a fan to get some relief from the extreme heat. She said to wait while they got one, then after 15-20 minutes another employee came back to say they didn't have fans either. Also, nobody at this hotel speaks English, it has two floors and no lift, and the employees don't deal with problems, they just keep selling rooms. Hotel? More like a roadside motel with horrible customer service.

It's clean and comfortable, the food is good, and the customer service is excellent. That's what earns it five stars from me. The hotel is on the outskirts, but the centre is only about a 12-minute walk away, and it's close to the train station. It's not a high-end place, but you're not paying a high-end price either.

The room was lovely, and everything was very clean, both the bathroom and the room itself. The hotel isn't new, but it's well looked after. I stayed one night, and this is just my personal opinion. I only met the night watchman, who was excellent, friendly, and attentive, and the receptionist, whom I only spoke with by phone. She was excellent too. Big credit to her for sorting out my late arrival so quickly and efficiently. I arrived at 12:30, paid for the room, then went to pick up a few things near the hotel. I got back at 2:10 and called the hotel. The woman who answered was very nice and helped me right away. The only snag was this morning at the buffet, when a guy told me I wasn't allowed in. The room cost €57.00. If breakfast had been included, I'd give it a 10, but for that reason I'm giving it four stars. The rest deserves five. I'll post photos so you can see the room.
