I got there late because car trouble held me up, and they waited for me until 23.00 to check in. The hot shower was excellent, and breakfast the next day was just 2€. Perfect.

The smell was the worst part of the stay. Tobacco mixed with air freshener lingered in both the room and the floor, and made it unpleasant. The room itself was very basic, with old furniture that hadn't been cared for. The loose shower head, worn bathtub, and unhygienic shower curtain were disappointing too. I knew a one-star hotel wouldn't be luxurious, but I did expect basic upkeep and cleanliness. The service wasn't especially friendly or helpful either. It all felt poorly maintained, and I wouldn't come back.

The mattresses were awful, and I won't be back. The hotel feels old-fashioned, with old beds and curtains, dirty window panes, and terrible lighting. When the air conditioning has been running a little while, it starts to smell like sewage.

For €60 for a double room on August 15th, it wasn't bad. The room was spacious, with a fridge, air conditioning, a small terrace, and a big wardrobe. The furniture was standard. The bathroom has a bathtub and hairdryer, though it could use some improvement since the windows don't close all the way. There was a note in the room about a restaurant, but we haven't tried it.
