Elba Almería Business & Convention Hotel

We were a family of five on vacation, and the staff helped make it a memorable stay. Jesus and Jose in the restaurant and bar were kind and quick to respond, while the reception staff welcomed us and pointed us in the right direction. The whole place was clean, and everyone was warm and attentive. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with compliments to the chef and kitchen team. 💛

The reservation support was the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I had an issue with a non-refundable booking that could have been sorted in under five minutes, but it took nearly daily calls for a couple of weeks and a lot of persistence before we reached an agreement. They showed little regard for what I needed. The room furnishings are worn and old, and the place badly needs a deep renovation. There were stains on the carpet in the shared area, and it smelled dusty. Housekeeping was poor too: after the daily service, I kept finding women's hair in my room and bathroom. This is nowhere near a four-star hotel, and I think it should be downgraded to two. I'd stay away.

Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh orange juice, freshly brewed coffee, and really good food. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms spotless, and the staff so friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly, and having a private parking garage was a great extra. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty, and the rooms were clean, nicely equipped, and comfortable. We came with friends and stayed in a triple room. Check-in was easy, and since the room was ready they let us in early, which was a lovely help after our early morning flight. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I'd definitely recommend staying here in Almeria. A taxi to the beach cost about €7. 👍🏼
