The terrace is great and right on the beach, but with so many good-value places to eat and drink in town, 5 euros for two tiny beers and a few olives felt a bit steep. What, no tapas?

The room looks dated, but it’s all clean, so that wasn’t an issue for me. Staff were very cooperative and friendly, and the location is perfect. Recommended.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, which made the stay bearable. We only had one night, thankfully. The hotel itself was in poor condition, with damp, plaster falling off the walls all over, and damp mould on the bathroom ceiling. The seafront location is good, but walking around, it seemed like you’d need to keep your wits about you.

We ate lunch outside and it was excellent. We’ve been here three times, and had a really good meal every time.

The food’s okay and the pinchos aren’t bad, but you ALWAYS have to wait ages for the bill. I reckon the Dolphin’s green because he’s sick of waiting!
