Andy was a great source of local knowledge, sharing hiking suggestions and advice shaped around what guests enjoy. We used the trails nearby and found Casa Sarandy well placed for exploring Andalucia, with mountains all around and a gorgeous 360-degree view. It's such a peaceful spot. Sara and Andy made us feel at home from the start. The house is beautiful, and you can see how much care they put into it. We ate dinner there every night, and both breakfast and dinner were amazing. Sara clearly loves cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. I absolutely recommend this special place.

We loved the breakfast, especially with that amazing view, and they can provide gluten-free options. There's plenty to enjoy outside, from the natural-water pool and sun loungers to the barbecue, bar and table tennis. Parking is easy, and the landscape views are wonderful. The place is clean throughout, with a modern Spanish interior. The Belgian couple who run it are friendly and helpful, and even put together a special tour guide for the room. This hidden gem in the hills behind Malaga is about a 45-minute drive from the international airport. We recommend staying here.

After Andy made sure I was on the right track when I was running late, he even drove me to a bicycle mechanic the next day. My chain had broken, so I only reached Casa Sarandy just before dark. Sarah and Andy were incredibly helpful. They also made me a vegetarian dinner, freshly prepared just for me, and Sarah is an excellent cook. Everything was a dream. My room had everything I needed, and breakfast was generous, healthy and tasty. It's a quiet, remote place where you can relax. I can definitely recommend it. Thanks for everything.

Sara and Andy were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the place itself is lovely, well placed for visiting good spots nearby. The breakfast is great too. The people are even better. You'd be crazy to miss this Andalusian gem!

We stayed here while walking the Camino Mozarabe. The owners were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious, and breakfast was sumptuous. After a hard day on foot, the pool was a lovely place to unwind.
