Apartamento Rural Las Palmeras

Bars and restaurants are close by, but it still feels peaceful and calm. Such a lovely spot, with top marks for both cleanliness and location. I’ll definitely come back.

The owner made everything easy for us, and we had a brilliant weekend. We’ll be back with our daughter in less than two weeks to enjoy it again. The setting is one of a kind, the accommodation is spectacular, and all the details, from cleanliness and service to accessibility, were just right. ❤️

Even when we had to spend a day indoors because one of us was ill, the apartment was comfortable enough for a really restful, enjoyable day together. The apartments are roomy and practical, and the daily firewood supply was plenty for the day. In summer there’s air conditioning in the bedroom and a small pool. Service is excellent too. The village has a beautiful, well-kept historic center and a lovely mosque, set in remarkable surroundings. It works as a base for active trips or simply relaxing, with walks and drives to villages in the natural park. There are a few small shops, and Cortegana is very close.

Alejandro was kind and attentive again this year. I’ve stayed here for the second year in a row, and the apartment is very cozy, with a little kitchen, bathroom, living room and fireplace. If you’re not handy with lighting it, they’ll help. A small vent lets the fireplace heat into the bedroom, which keeps it lovely and warm. I’ll stay again next time I’m nearby.
