Pensión La Herradura

I came for one night and ended up staying 11 days. This bed and breakfast boutique hotel really is a home away from home. The rooms are spotless and incredibly comfortable, and the decor has been completely modernised, despite what the old photos show. The staff are amazing, and no request goes unaddressed for long. It's right where the old town meets the new: a supermarket is under 50m away, the beach 100m, the market 150m, and a bar 10m. The plaza is 150m away too. I recommended it to two friends, and they both extended their stays to a week. I might be making it harder for myself to get a room next time, since it gets packed and I've wanted to stay there again. Thanks, D, for an amazing stay. And yes, breakfast really is amazing.

The couple running the place were so friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. Our room was tidy and very clean, with a little terrace overlooking the bar below. The place itself is quite nice, just a two-minute walk from the beach and near lots of restaurants.

It's a really well-themed place, and the people there are very friendly. Great spot to stay in La Herradura, close to both the bus stop and the beach.

It's an easy walk to the beach, bars and restaurants, without having to tackle steep hills or endless steps for a town view. This recently refurbished, family-run pension is small and friendly, and seems a good choice for a day or two in La Herradura. The rooms are on the compact side, but comfortable and very clean, and some have balconies. There's an outdoor terrace where you can get a drink from the bar, and breakfast is served there too. Mine was eggs, bacon, toast, tomatoes and a large tea. They also have healthier options for anyone hoping to live forever.
