Cortijo Valverde Alora

Everything felt calm and well cared for at Cortijo Valverde. The hosts were welcoming and always ready to help, and they made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Rooms and shared areas were spotless. It’s an ideal place to slow down and get away from it all for a few days.

The young hosts were charming, attentive, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the BBQ nights were splendid. There’s also an honesty bar with well-priced drinks. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the garden and pool areas are well kept. This is a delightful small hotel in unspoiled Andalusian hill country, with good bars and restaurants in nearby Alora and interesting places to visit. A thoroughly recommended spot for a relaxing stay away from the crowds.

The quiet around the whole property made it easy to escape the rush of everyday life. I also enjoyed the well-kept pool and relaxation area, whether taking a dip or lounging in the sun with a book. Cortijo Valverde B&B Rural Country Hotel sits among rolling hills and beautiful countryside, with a peaceful setting that feels like a retreat. The hosts welcomed me warmly and went out of their way to help with any request or question. This charming place brings together natural beauty, quiet, and kind hospitality, with a touch of luxury. I can’t wait to return.

A relaxing countryside BnB with a lovely view from the terrace at breakfast. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the pets were well behaved, especially the very sweet Golden Retriever and cat. It’s close to Caminito del Rey and El Torcal. Such a wonderful place, I’ll definitely return!
