The indoor pool has two jacuzzis, and there’s a decent indoor play area for young children. Getting to the ski courts is easy on foot from the aparthotel, and the indoor parking is handy, with lockers for ski equipment. The kitchenette has a small fridge and microwave. Bar noise is the drawback, especially in rooms 1101, 1103, and 1105.

The evening entertainment was brilliant, Andreas, keep that energy up! Rodica was so patient with our kids in the restaurant and always happy to help. Everyone was really friendly. We’d recommend it 😁😍

The room was decent once we got in, but it wasn’t ready until 7.30pm, which is unacceptable. The location is great, though it’s not technically ski-in, ski-out. The spa toilets also smelled of urine.

We enjoyed the meals on the half-board plan, and Eugenia was fantastic serving us at dinner. The staff were lovely and helpful, which made for a really nice stay.

The room itself was okay, but for what we paid we didn’t even get a view. The pool was cold and dirty, with very little space, and breakfast was awful: dirty tables, no spoons for coffee, and no eggs. There also weren’t enough attendants for the number of guests. The hotel felt outdated and unrenovated, with damaged walls, and the organization and cleanliness were a big disappointment.
