I made a mistake with my booking and contacted them within five minutes for help, saying I’d book the right room and date. They still refused, saying it was non-refundable, even though only a few minutes had passed.

The window looked out on breathtaking views 😍😍, and it’s close to the ski resort, so getting there was easy. I booked the hotel’s package with ski equipment rental, and it worked out cheaper than I expected.

For this level of quality, the price is OUTRAGEOUS. This does not feel like a 4 star hotel at all. The room was cramped, with very little space, and much of the furniture was dirty. Floor tiles were missing in the bathroom. The pillowcase was yellow, smelled awful, and had hairs on it before we used it. I called room service to get it changed, but staff took a very long time to show up. The WiFi was so useless I couldn’t even message anyone, and mobile data wasn’t available either. It’s a two minute drive to the ski area, but the 7th floor was extremely loud, with kids shouting. Service overall was not very good.

I was shocked they call this a 4 star hotel. There was no kettle, coffee, tea, or water, just two tiny cups for brushing your teeth. They only supplied small sachets of shampoo and shower gel. I asked to borrow wine glasses and said I’d return them, and even though they could charge them to my room, they still refused.

Friendly, welcoming staff, a comfortable bed and a decent breakfast made for a nice, cosy stay. The ski lift is a four minute walk away. There were some loose tiles here and there, but nothing hazardous. The hotel also hosts trips for elderly people, and they were lovely.
