The insects getting into the room bothered me, and a window screen would be a welcome addition. Otherwise, I enjoyed waking early to the sounds of the neighbors' animals. Some people might find them noisy, but I liked it.

María was helpful from the start, sorting things out for us and suggesting places to visit and eat. We had three pets with us. They couldn't go into the pool area, but were welcome by the barbecue. The pool itself was nice, and the mountain views were unbeatable. The location made getting around easy, whether on foot or by car, with the town center nearby and the main road right alongside.

The mountain views from the very clean apartment were breathtaking, and it had everything we needed. María and Ángel, the owners, were lovely and kept checking that all was well throughout our five days. Mirador de Avellano is also a great base for exploring the Alpujarra region, which we discovered and loved. We had a perfect stay and no complaints at all. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

We've spent three summers here now, and it's been wonderful every time. The village is peaceful, the apartment has everything we need, and the pool is magnificent. María and Ángel are delightful and treat us so well. Their little dog Canela is the star. We'll definitely return.

We spent 15 days here and had a fantastic vacation. The family would definitely do it again. María and Ángel are amazing owners, and my wife and son especially loved Canela. We made good use of the shared pool and barbecue areas. There was just one problem, and they fixed it quickly. A great place for a wonderful holiday! 👍
