The staff were okay, but I just wanted something simple and didn't need a three course meal. The Wi-Fi was awful, the beds were hard, and the pillows smelled bad. You could hear noise from the next room through the thin walls, and the place could use an update. The website had the wrong phone number. At 5:30 the next morning, the doors were locked and there was no one at reception. They lock guests inside the hotel. What if there was a fire?

The water smelled unpleasant, the heating didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. I asked for a double bed but got two single beds pushed together, with a gap in the middle where you could easily get hurt or fall in. I paid £50 for myself and booked a double room, then added a guest on the day I arrived. She charged me an extra 30 euros for the guest. She said it was £60 for two people, but the website would have charged a little over £12 for the extra person. I felt overcharged, possibly because I was from another country. Communication was very difficult because she didn't speak English. Customer service was rubbish, and the staff were rude and gave me dirty looks. There wasn't a single good thing about this hotel. A horrible experience, and I'd never go back.

The room smelled of sewage from the drains. The Wi-Fi was very slow and sometimes didn't work at all, and the light switches weren't very clean.
