The place itself is wonderful, but that doesn’t make up for the poor service. We waited an hour for our drinks, then they forgot the vanilla ice cream. We ordered it again and it still never arrived. The staff were quite unfriendly, prices were very high, and the coffee was pretty bad. They served Heineken as a caña too. Why not a local beer? We went only for drinks and won’t be back.

The location was good during the day, but not at night. Music kept going until 2am on my first two nights, and the windows were actually vibrating. The hotel should have warned me. When we brought it up, the desk staff were rude.

Bris Mar has gorgeous views over Andratx Port and very nice seating. The food was only okay, about 6/10, and felt pricey compared with other places in Mallorca. Service was poor.

The rooms are large and spotlessly clean, with small balconies, and breakfast was good with good service. The hotel does need renovating, though. The elevator wasn’t working, which would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

The employees were extremely kind, both at reception and during breakfast. Their service was exceptional when I left some clothes in the room closet: they actually delivered them to my next hotel in Palma. That gesture says a lot about their kindness. We’ll definitely come back.
