There were a few people around, but it never felt busy. You pass through the restaurant to reach the water, where you can rent a sunbed or settle on the free rock terrace. The rocks even have a sort of natural jacuzzi. The sea was rougher near the deeper part, but swimming and snorkeling among all the fish was absolutely worth it. The views are spectacular.

It feels safe and friendly here, and people are respectful if you want to sunbathe topless or nude. There are side-street parking spots in the nearby neighborhoods, and another beach is attached. The place draws both locals and visitors without getting as crowded as many island spots. Getting into the water is the tricky part: algae makes the rocks slippery, so bring water shoes or take it slowly, even sitting down as you go. Sadly, it isn't suitable for anyone who needs assistance or accessible facilities. Have fun exploring.

Port d’Andratx is nearby, with its marina, places to eat, and shops, while the surrounding Urbanización de Costa d'Andratx area is quiet and feels secluded, with wide sea views. Cala Llamp has clear aqua-marine water for swimming and snorkeling. Gran Folies beach club adds loungers, parasols, a pool, and food. It's a lovely mix of natural scenery and modern comforts.

There are shops and other things to see close by, plus a good choice of local buses. The bay views are spectacular, and there are great beaches and services nearby.
