We called to book exactly a month ahead, as soon as the motorcycle rally was announced. On Friday, the man who answered said he wasn't sure whether they had rooms and asked me to ring again that afternoon. I did, but he said he was busy and told me to call the next day. When I called Saturday, he said he'd get back to me shortly. He never did, so I tried Sunday morning, only to find they were already fully booked. The person handling the phone was incredibly rude. I would have liked to comment on the rooms, services, and staff, but never got the chance. The rally has now been cancelled there, so I guess they'll have plenty of rooms free at the last minute. The hotel and restaurant are both good. It was a quiet visit since the weekend was rainy, but the sanctuary is worth seeing.

We waited more than half an hour, then were told the kitchen would need another two hours. The service was poor, with little regard for customers and no motivation to work.
